That said, It will be sad to lose Telltale's signature cell-shading, even if it doesn't really work anymore given that the Game of Thrones game is not based on a comic (The Walking Dead, The Wolf Among Us) or a Borderlands game which uses cell-shading anyway. Judging by these photos, it looks to me like these are rough captures from video footage, which would diminish the quality of any screenshot.

mere cameos or will they actually play a major role in the game's story? I'm also a bit worried about how their appearance will go given that it seems unlikely that the actors will give voice to their characters in the game, despite Telltale using their likenesses. How will these appearances be handled? Are Tyrion, Cersei, Margaery, etc. I thought the Forresters would be a little bit more isolated, as they'll have a tough job dancing around the lore if they're this close to the show's major players. In these screenshots we're seeing three pretty major characters with assuredly more to follow. In Telltale's TWD season one, for instance, you meet up with one major character, Glen, briefly, but that's all. The assumption was that Telltale's Game of Thrones would follow in the vein of The Walking Dead, where it would exists in the same universe as the source material/show, but only barely overlap.
